This page contains the decks used in Towers Standard Block sealed leagues on GEMP. The starters are fan creations very similar to the Movie Block Sealed League format. Players receive cards at the start of each series, and must build a legal deck using the Two Towers Block site path and any cards opened during the league. Cards are cumulative from series to series (so series 1 cards may be used during series 2).
During each of the first three series, players have a choice of one of three decks, each of which are listed below. Players also receive a certain number of booster packs each series, including the fourth series:

- 2x The Fellowship of the Ring
- 2x The Two Towers
- 2x Player's Choice
- Series 2:
- 1x Mines of Moria
- 1x Battle of Helm's Deep
- 1x Player's Choice
- Series 3:
- 1x Realms of the Elf-lords
- 1x Ents of Fangorn
- 1x Player's Choice
- Series 4:
- 6x Player's Choice
Note: Player's choice boosters are restricted to Towers Standard sets (Sets 1-6).
