Cheap Tracker to use with Under the Watching Eye or Tol Brandir. Strong versus decks with Hobbit support (Merry, Friend to Sam; Sam, Son of Hamfast) since Frodo can always be spotted (prior to Reflections). Can be played in multiples to harass multiple hobbits.
