Movie Block Sealed
'''Movie Block Sealed''' is a [[Sealed]] format ran on [[GEMP]] that uses fan-made starter decks customized to be more competitive than the default Decipher [[Starter Deck]]s.  Players play through 4 series (each serie running for at least a week), choosing between 1 of 3 starters and receiving various booster packs at the start of each series.  Decks must use the [[King Block]] site path and are restricted to only cards opened during the league.  As it is a league, players are able (and encouraged) to rework their decks as needed.


This page contains the decks used in Movie Block sealed leagues on Gemp. Players recieve cards at the start of each series, and must build a legal deck using the King Block site path and any cards opened during the league. Cards are cumulative from series to series (so series 1 cards may be used during series 2).
There is a variant of this format called [[Single-serie Movie Block Sealed]] that also uses the decks but does not split the card pool over multiple weeks. See that article for details.


During each of the first three series, players have a choice of one of the three decks listed below. Players also recieve a certain number of booster packs each series, including the fourth series:
Rather than follow movie release order, each serie focuses on a different group of expansions within the same position of each [[Block]]; the first serie issues packs from all the base sets, the second serie issues packs from the first expansion of each Block, and the third serie issues packs from the second expansion of each Block.  The fourth serie omits any new starter decks and instead issues Reflections boosters as well as a player's choice of boosters, making this serie act as a victory lap for players:

Movie Block Sealed is a Sealed format ran on GEMP that uses fan-made starter decks customized to be more competitive than the default Decipher Starter Decks. Players play through 4 series (each serie running for at least a week), choosing between 1 of 3 starters and receiving various booster packs at the start of each series. Decks must use the King Block site path and are restricted to only cards opened during the league. As it is a league, players are able (and encouraged) to rework their decks as needed.

There is a variant of this format called Single-serie Movie Block Sealed that also uses the decks but does not split the card pool over multiple weeks. See that article for details.

Rather than follow movie release order, each serie focuses on a different group of expansions within the same position of each Block; the first serie issues packs from all the base sets, the second serie issues packs from the first expansion of each Block, and the third serie issues packs from the second expansion of each Block. The fourth serie omits any new starter decks and instead issues Reflections boosters as well as a player's choice of boosters, making this serie act as a victory lap for players:
