Highlander
From LOTR-TCG Wiki
Highlander is a format where all decks are restricted to using only 1 copy of any card title, rather than the 4 that most formats usually permit. This means you can only have one Aragorn, irrespective of subtitle.
The format is so named because, well, There Can Be Only One.
