Culture Shock

Culture Shock is an old format where each side of your deck must be restricted to a single Culture (not necessarily the same on both sides, or else Gollum would be the only option).

As time went on over the game's lifetime, mono culture decks became the norm rather than the exception that they were in Fellowship Block, and so this restriction became obsolete as a meaningful deckbuilding restriction.
