Poor Man's

Poor Man's is a format where all Rare and Rare-equivalent rarities are banned, meaning no cards with a collector's info of R, R+, RF, or O are permitted (set 0 cards are also usually banned). This is roughly equivalent to the Pauper format in Magic: the Gathering and Scavenger in the Star Wars CCG.
