Besieger

Besieger is an unloaded keyword appearing on Minions from the Sauron culture. Besieger cards are generally focused on affecting Engines, controlling sites, and stacking besieger minions on controlled sites.

Besiegers are a common Shadow deck in King Block and Movie Block. Generally, the deck seeks to set up a support area full of engine conditions, and uses them to buff besieger orc minions with cards like Great Siege-towers (7U281) and Tower Walkway (7C315) and/or get significant twilight cost discounts on besieger troll minions like Troll of Gorgoroth, Abomination of Sauron (8R108) . Different versions of the deck may place more or less emphasis on site control. The deck generally plays few if any non-besieger minions.
