Wraiths are undead creatures who dwell in the world of the Unseen. In this game, wraiths are a rare race, appearing as a handful of rarely-played Sauron and Wraith culture minions and a small group of Gondor companions representing the oathbreaking army of the dead.
While the Nazgul -- the ringwraiths -- are wraiths in Lord of the Rings, "Nazgûl" and "wraith" are considered separate races in this game, and cards that apply to one do not automatically apply to the other. Likewise, Wraith culture is considered separate from the "wraith" race, although some wraiths are also Wraith culture.
