The Great Eye

From LOTR-TCG Wiki

The Great Eye was the set originally planned to be released as #16 in November 2006 (as shown on the Oversized promotional card The One Ring (4M1) ), but due to Decipher's cycle of delays and layoffs, the set was cut from the schedule. No preliminary work was ever done on the set beyond the name, which presumably would have been themed around Sauron and the Orc culture that represented him in the Shadows era.
