Starter Decks/Hunters Block

Here are the Starter Deck lists for each of the starter boxes released in Hunters Block, which is to say sets 15 and 17: The Hunters and Rise of Saruman (Treachery & Deceit failed to get starter boxes printed in time for release).

Unlike all earlier starter decks produced, these were not also released and fixed in the Lord of the Rings Online TCG client. Instead, the Player's Council has made recommendations instead; these additional recommendations have been added to the end of each list in bold to differentiate them. When importing into GEMP, make sure to include these sections to make a legal deck.
