Strategy

I Am Here! ... Sucks, right? Well since Theoden in the Two Towers Block kind of only has 2 vitality he cant really be exerted twice can he? Well with the help of Herugrim (4U280) and Hearken to Me (4R94) he can reach enough vitality to actualy use this card. Finding Herugrim can be hard but with the help of Simbelmyne (4R289) you can tutor it from your Draw Deck. But if you don't manage to give him the right cards I am Here simply works as a dead card to be discarded.
