Strategy

Peace of Mind is rarely used. It competes with Have Patience (4C93) , which is less powerful but can heal any companion (including Gandalf himself!) and is a bit cheaper to boot.

If healing unbound hobbits is very important to you, there are stronger and more versatile alternatives that do not involve using Gandalf or generating this much twilight. You can use the "bouncing" hobbits Pippin, Wearer of Black and Silver (7R324) and/or Merry, Swordthain (7R321) (who remove all their wounds when they return to your hand), A Light in His Mind (10U108) combined with The Shire Countryside (3R113) and some source of burdens, or the Hobbit Hospital strategy of Hobbit Party Guest (1C297) / Farmer Maggot, Chaser of Rascals (1R288) / Frodo, Old Bilbo's Heir (1R289) .
