Strategy[edit]
Orc Miscreant is a fairly useful minion on its own, with a good ability to add two burdens in regroup. However, the lack of wound prevention and prevalence of Archery in Post-Shadows formats make him unreliable and inconsistent. He also has the spotting requirement of another Orc minon, ruling him out as a splash minion. In War of the Ring Block and War of the Ring Standard, he is a mediocre addition to Orc Corruption.
With the release of Rise of Saruman, the Orc culture saw the rise of Wargs. As they were playable on any weaker Orc minion and gave a healthy Vitality boost, Orc Miscreant became much more powerful with up to two extra vitality.
