Copies were distributed to DGMA Premier Series Event participants in Strasbourg France from December 10-12, 2004. 500 copies of the card were printed, and the extras were made available for sale after the event. Some were handed out during Day 1 Heat 2 of Worlds 2005, as well as the Highlander tournament held at the same event.[1]
