Strategy

After you have established some controled sites Dunlending Looter becomes stupidly good for swarms. With a cost of (1), played from a site you control, Nine Strength and one vitality he's quite a strong minion. Especially when combined with Dunlan Strength pumps. He is however pretty niche and isn't usually included in Dunland Site Control Decks, I don't play Dunland so I don't know why he isn't.
