Strategy
Seventh Level lowers vitality, which makes it useful for Knights in the same way as Citadel of the Stars (5C32) and Stone Tower (5R39) . Although the requirement of three exertions is steep, the twilight cost is less of an issue because it can be altogether avoided if Seventh Level is played via Sixth Level (8U44) or Hasty Repairs (7U102) .
