Radagast Deceived, along with Pallando Deceived and Alatar Deceived make up the three wizard conditions of Bloodlines. Radagast Deceived is the most difficult of the three to trigger with Saruman alone, as the Shadow player needs to both wound/exert him and then heal him before the last skirmish. The best versions of Saruman for this purpose are the [Uruk-hai] versions: Curunir, Agent of the Dark Lord and Master of the White Hand. Defensive Rush, Fury of the Evil Army or the built-in effects of Curunir and Agent of the Dark Lord can then be used for healing. In this case, the Shadow player will usually only get a fierce skirmish for Radagast Deceived. | Radagast Deceived, along with Pallando Deceived and Alatar Deceived make up the three wizard conditions of Bloodlines. Strategy
If the Free Peoples player has wizard companions however, they may well trigger Radagast Deceived themselves. This can be caused by Santuary healing in particular (or any other kind of Fellowship/Maneuver healing) which will subsequently let Radagast Deceived fight in both skirmishes. Combined with Throne of Isengard, Radagast Deceived makes for a deadly minion. He can also benefit from the Men Will Fall event if extra pumps are required.
