(1) · The Nine Riders were embodiments of Sauron's will, searching all of Middle-earth for his prize. (1) · The Uruk-hai leader walked into view on the misty hilltop beneath the dark trees. Hungry for blood. (1) · Those that knew the most power as kings were placed in particular ways for the will of Sauron. (1) · Wargs and riders sent by Saruman disrupted the villagers' retreat to Helm's Deep.
