General Strategy
Can be used with Under the Watching Eye and Orc Bowmen to try and prevent recovery at Sanctuaries. Frodo is often a good target as he often takes the exertions and wounds from these to save other companions from Hate. Frodo also guarantees that the card will be playable, even if every other companion is an Elf.
