Editing Starter Decks/Hunters Block

Here are the '''Starter Deck''' lists for each of the starter boxes released in [[Hunters Block]], which is to say sets 15 and 17: [[The Hunters]] and [[Rise of Saruman]] ([[Treachery & Deceit]] failed to get starter boxes printed in time for release).

Unlike all earlier starter decks produced, these were not also released and fixed in the [[Lord of the Rings Online TCG]] client.  Instead, the [[Player's Council]] has made recommendations instead; these additional recommendations have been added to the end of each list in bold to differentiate them.  When importing into [[GEMP]], make sure to include these sections to make a legal deck.
