General Strategy

Seventh Level lowers vitality, which makes it useful for Knights in the same way as Citadel of the Stars and Stone Tower. However, it is very expensive and provides only a minor strength reduction effect. Although the requirement of three exertions is steep, the twilight cost is less of an issue because it can be altogether avoided if Seventh Level is played via Sixth Level or Hasty Repairs.

Strengths and Weaknesses

Strong Versus...

  • Minions with two or less vitality
  • Minions that cannot take wounds
  • Wound prevention

Weak Versus...

  • Archery/Wounding

Extra Information

  • Part of a series of Fortifications found in King Block that represent Minas Tirith. There are seven in total: First Level, Second Level, Third Level, Fourth Level, Fifth Level, Sixth Level and Seventh Level. They are not necessarily used in the same decks.
