Useful for reusing discarded Blade Tips or Blade Tips that have already killed a character. Also allows mid-skirmish transfer rather than needing to win, which is useful against stronger characters. The drawback of Morgul Blade is that it can only be used by its bearer, unlike Blade Tip which can respond to any Nazgul. This often means the Free Peoples player will prioritise some form of dodging the effect (via skirmish cancelling, cannon fodder etc.) for the bearer of Morgul Blade. | Useful for reusing discarded Blade Tips or Blade Tips that have already killed a character.
