Strategy[edit]

Gameplay Strategy[edit]

Dwarven Embassy is similar to Lord of Moria (1C21) and Aggression (8C1) in giving multiple damage bonuses, but instead of just giving them to Dwarves, Dwarven Embassy gives them to all companions. This is balanced by the fact that it only lasts a turn, then is discarded. This ability can be used to enable double moves by giving your stronger companions a damage bonus and killing the minion, making moving easier. Be careful when using this card with Gimli, Bearer of Grudges (9R+4) as he can be corrupted by the card’s discarding effect.

Deckbuilding Strategy[edit]

  • Helps with a fellowship’s killing power
  • Works decently with Dwarves, though outshone by Lord of Moria (1C21) .

Strengths and Weaknesses[edit]

Strong Versus...[edit]

  • Low to mid vitality minions

Weak Versus...[edit]

  • Enduring Nazgûl, especially Fierce ones
  • High vitality minions
