Go to [[List of Foil Cards]], click on the relevant set (Mount Doom in this case), and then click/tap on the placeholder card image for Celeborn. This should take you straight to the upload page for the correct file (LOTR-EN10F007.0_card.jpg in this case). | |||

Your Celeborn file was rejected as it attempted to outright replace the placeholder image, which isn't the way to go about it lol.
Go to List of Foil Cards, click on the relevant set (Mount Doom in this case), and then click/tap on the placeholder card image for Celeborn. This should take you straight to the upload page for the correct file (LOTR-EN10F007.0_card.jpg in this case).
