General Strategy

Very similar to Eomer, Third Marshal of Riddermark, with the differences being his higher resistance, valiant keyword and greater cost (And lack of signet). Since he has 7 resistance, Eored Captain could be played in a starting Fellowship with Theodred, Second Marshal of the Mark, providing no burdens were bid. His valiant keyword helps with playing events like Let Us Be Swift, but his lack of starting fellowship reduction in cost makes him harder to play than Third Marshal of Riddermark, although he can still be played from draw deck using Simbelmyne or Last Days of My House.

Strengths and Weaknesses

Strong Versus...

  • High Vitality minions
  • Works well with wounding decks
