Dismay Our Enemies looks powerful, but it's deceptively weak. Generally, your opponent will choose the minion your elf archer just defeated in a skirmish. Failing that, they'll pick a weak minion, or one that's going to lose its skirmish with one of your other characters anyway. And sometimes, they'll have the three twilight to spare to completely negate this card. Very occasionally you'll set up a sweet chain where you kill all of the weak Moria goblins in skirmishes before having Legolas finish off the last one to set up using this card to discard Cave Troll of Moria, Scourge of the Black Pit, but this card is so unreliable that it's usually not worth including.
