|ReleaseNotes=The permanent Rule of 9 circumvention is the worst aspect of this card.  We have started with requiring a discard, so that multiple such usages require multiple backups, but this may prove to be insufficient.  If the PC needs to return to this card in the future, it will probably be with a complete rework to the concept.
