{{Stub}} A '''Cube''' refers to a specially-prepared set of cards intended to replace the role of randomized [[Booster Pack]]s in Draft modes, and such an event using cubes is called a [[Cube Draft]]. Unlike boosters (which are inevitably filled with a certain amount of unusable crud as dictated by the standard CCG business model), cubes can instead concern themselves with creating a fun, balanced set of randomized cards. Cubes will often enforce balance by simply not including the worst offending cards, or ensuring that both parts of a cruel combo cannot be obtained at once. Several cubes have been created for the LOTR-TCG over the years, but most tend to not get posted online, requiring the wheel to be reinvented each time. Below are all of the known posted cube lists: * [https://lotrtcgwiki.com/forums/index.php?topic=7100.0 Thranduil's Movie Block Cube] on TLHH * [https://www.facebook.com/groups/1465106970387398/posts/2733974013500681/ Phillip Gladney's DragonCon cube] on the LOTR-TCG Facebook Group * [https://www.facebook.com/groups/1465106970387398/posts/3350809045150505/ Jerome Bradshaw's modification] of Phillip's DragonCon cube, also posted to the Facebook group A match between players using Jerome's cube draft can be seen here (sadly not including the draft itself): {{#widget:YouTube|id=7VsLUGIvW0A}} ---- {{Format_Table}}
