Stone Trolls (1R314) Wiki
General Strategy

Effective with Hobbiton Party Field (Or the later Bearer of Things Burgled) for a guaranteed Bilbo. Works well with Red Book of Westmarch for card draw and potentially Pippin, Friend to Frodo for protection. Helps strong companions beat uruks in Fellowship block, and helps protect the Ring-Bearer from being overwhelmed by uruks or trolls. Vulnerable to Grima, Wormtongue from Towers onwards.

Strengths and Weaknesses

Strong Versus...

 * Trolls and Uruk-hai

Weak Versus...

 * Cards which penalise stacking too many cards on a character (Orc Pillager, Wormtongue, Lying Counsel)
Extra Information
 * Can be played on allies and minions (via BoTB), in addition to companions. There is however, no benefit to playing Stone Trolls on a Troll.
