General Strategy
Has pretty much identical strategic value to Bree Gate, although Rivendell Waterfall has the advantage of boosting the move limit of a player who starts there, allowing a player to double from sites 1 to 3 on the first turn and then triple 3 to 6 on the second. Rivendell Waterfall is also the only forest site 3.
