General Strategy
A good choice for any corruption deck, Throne of the Dark Lord is one of few cards that lowers the Ring-Bearer's resistance (Along with Undead of Angmar and Master of the White Hand). It's also hard to get rid of, being an artifact, while Mount Doom is an easy spot, being locked in place once out.
Throne of the Dark Lord also can be used with swarms and Dark Lord of Mordor. With more minions than companions and each of those minions being Damage + 1, the swarm can be a lot stronger than usual.
Strengths and Weaknesses
Strong Versus...
- Low-resistance Ring-Bearers
Weak Versus...
- Burden removal/high resistance companions
