With access to retrieving impressive minions such as Ulaire Attea, Keeper of Dol Guldur or dangerous events such as It Wants to Be Found, Morgul Skulker is a fixture in several [Wraith] strategies.

| With a [4] cost while roaming, Morgul Skulker is slightly cost-prohibitive in the early game when the Shadow player may rather play a Nazgul minion. That said, a key discarded condition like Helpless or Drawn to Its Power can be retrieved from the discard pile and replayed at a later site via Morgul Skulker's shuffling ability making the Orc an important splash minion.
