A fairly weak pump for the {{C|Gollum}} culture, Out of All Knowledge has few to no reasons to play it over {{Card|Nasty}} or {{Card|Clever Hobbits}}. One reason it could be useful would be as a [[Meta]]-call against [[Ninja Gollum]] to counter {{Card|Not This Time!}}.
