Provides potent protection for any [Shire] tales the Free Peoples player possesses. This tends to become more useful as more and more sets get added to the game, since there will be a wider variety of tales to protect. Works particularly well with There and Back Again, Everyone Knows and The Tale of the Great Ring. Can also protect [[lotr18112|Scouring of the Shire]] (and other [Shire] tales) from Buckland Homestead. Competes with Pippin, Steadfast Friend in formats where both are legal.
