Splash condition with no cultural enforcement that can be a game-changer against large fellowships. As move limit modifiers last the entire turn, the effect lasts throughout the turn even if the condition is discarded. Even if the opponent does not exceed six companions, this card should not become a major clog in your hand.

Move limit modifiers last the entire turn. If the fellowship has 7 companions in play at any point of the turn, the move limit is -1. Multiple copies in play decrease the move limit to a minimum of 1, preventing cards such as Radagast, the Brown, Durin's Secret, Last Throw, or News From the Mark from being [as] effective.
