Essentially a one-shot Worry. Can be used with other Ring-bearer targeting cards such as Ulaire Enquea, Ringwraith in Twilight or The Witch King, Lord of the Nazgul. This card's effect is fairly mild though, and it can clog the hand if Nazgul are not winning skirmishes.
