Even just restricting his ability to {{C|Ringwraith}} minions, which would integrate with later sets, means that the Free Peoples player is doomed to see {{Card|Morgul Brute}} and {{Card|Morgul Destroyer}} over and over.  Nertea is thus currently in an overly-nerfed state that is only slightly better than its banned form.  If you think you can crack the code, let us know!
