Cirith Ungol Warrior is, like most of the Morgul Orcs of the tenth set, a forgettable and overpriced junk minion. Four twilight cost is just not a good value for a 9 strength minion that is usually-but-often-not Fierce.

There are just too many better Ringwraith minions in the same niche. Morgul Hound is less reliable but half the cost for the same stats. 4 twilight is where you can start looking at the cheap Nazgul, and this just can't compete with Ulaire Otsea, Thrall of the One, Ulaire Lemenya, Assailing Minion, or Ulaire Nertea, Thrall of the One. It's just as bad when you look at other cultures: cards like Uruk Warrior or Mordor Pillager are better minions at a lower price.

In Movie Block in particular, you can't always count on the Free Peoples player to play possessions for you to spot, because of pervasive possession hate in the format and a number of strong artifacts that fill the same role. You can activate Cirith Ungol Warrior's game text on your own with Shadow possessions. However, this is unreliable with possessions borne by minions, and the worthwhile support area possessions are not in Ringwraith culture.

* Other Morgul Orc cards that benefit Wraith orcs. Most notably Flung into the Fray, Stooping to the Kill, Gothmog, Morgul Commander, and Gorbag, Covetous Captain.

* Shadow possessions, particularly cards that play to the support area like boats or Ground, Hammer of the Underworld

* Morgul Axe. This makes the Warrior Fierce, and Damage +1 is great on Fierce minions. It's just that it's equally as good on the much more efficient Morgul Hound.

* It's more reliably Fierce against particularly possession-reliant Free Peoples cultures like Rohan.
* Clarify existing rules if needed.
* Link to rules discussions on TLHH.

Extra Information
* Free Peoples decks that use few or no possessions, especially Ents but also some Movie Block Gondor (especially based on Noble Leaders and artifact weapons) and Elven decks
* Add other information regarding printing, rarity, trivia, etc.
