= General Strategy =

Provides useful overwhelm insurance for the Ring-bearer, giving him much needed extra survivability. Combined with Sting (Or Hobbit Sword) and There and Back Again, Frodo can survive combined strengths of over 20. Bounder is a must-have for hobbit decks, and is solid against swarms or site 9 final pushes. His site number of two is unusual, and prevents Hobbit Party Guest from healing him, although Old Bilbo's Heir is still effective. Additionally, sometimes he can be worth sacrificing to a site 2 Nazgul in lieu of a companion. Later sets weaken Bounder by providing additional Ring-bearer and Hobbit support (Severed His Bonds, A Fool, The Tale of the Great Ring, The Great Ring), but he never completely loses his potential.
