Like The Gaffer's Pipe, Bilbo's Pipe functions mainly as a support pipe, as it easily gives the Free Peoples player another pipe to spot. Unlike other pipes, Bilbo's Pipe caters mainly to its own deck build, providing synergy with tales. In such a deck, it would likely combine best with Gimli's Pipe, since a tale deck may not have room for very many pipes.
