Expanded Format

When Decipher introduced rotation for the Standard Format in March 2005, they also created a new format that allowed all sets with its own X-List based off the Standard format's one, and used Shadows-Era sites. This new format, Expanded, was and is popular for its relative freedom to create. Over time, as Hunters Block was released, the Expanded format became more unpopular as Decipher's playtesting and X-Listing became sparse, allowing more powerful interactions. Still, Expanded runs on GEMP as the third most popular format. Decklists can be found here at [[1]].
