However, in games of 3 or more players, the ability can be more useful, as there will be sites from many different players scattered along the path.

Ulaire Nelya's ability can be used effectively at sites such as Mithril Mine (In weapon-heavy Nazgul decks) or Ford of Bruinen. Since its ability affects sites anywhere on the path, it can also be effective at giving the player Lothlorien Woods for Uruviel, Maid of Lorien or switching to The Prancing Pony* (Or another favourable site 1) immediately after an opponent has left.

It is also worth noting that this ringwraith (Including most other versions of Nelya) is never naturally roaming, as its site number is 2.
