	According to the Ranger's Manual included with the League Kit, it was intended for each of the included promos to be handed out over 4 months to up to 18 participants, one at the start and one at the end of each month of activity based on participation with various community-building activities. Each community member would be issued a Ring-bearer's ~~Manual~~ for tracking their personal progress. Whether each local [[Product Champion]] fastidiously held to these instructions is an exercise left to the reader.
