Since randomly discarding cards from an opponent's deck is unreliable unless a player's whole deck is built around it, Orthanc Warrior is usually a better choice for a deck, as having 2 vitality makes it more resistant to archery and wounding capabilities. Its strength is decent for a [2] cost minion, making Orthanc Warrior a reasonable choice of small minion for a player's deck.
