			This card in combination with {{Card\|Madril, Defender of Osgiliath}} basically ensured that no minion made it past the Maneuver phase unless the Free Peoples player wanted it to. Madril has already been nerfed in the past to limit how freely minions may be made roaming, and this alteration to IB continues to pump the breaks somewhat.
